Product Features
1. Two thickness measurement methods, magnetic and eddy current, are used, which can measure the thickness of the non-magnetic coating layer on the magnetic metal substrate and the thickness of the non-conductive coating layer on the non-magnetic metal substrate.
2. There are three measurement modes: high-precision measurement mode can average multiple measurements and automatically filter suspicious data to ensure more accurate and stable measurement values; fast measurement mode can realize real-time scanning function.
3. With temperature compensation function: The domestic leading real-time temperature compensation technology can automatically compensate the measurement error caused by the environment temperature and the temperature change of the probe, making the measurement more accurate.
4. There are five statistics: mean value (MEAN), maximum value (MAX), minimum value (MIN), number of measurements (NO.), standard deviation (S.DEV).
