TGM-200 Calibrate Methold:
1.press Mode and ON key at same time will hear "B" show :0.00,
2.press the TGM-200 on the metal surface,will hear"DI DI",and the item will show 0.05
3.Sequentially displayed 6 different Standard number,and Recalibration by Standard pieces Sequentially
4.after test Standard pieces Sequentially ,the TGM-200 will auto turn off ,so Recalibration is ok
5.After Recalibration OK,please check on the metal surface,will show:0.00
NOTE:the TGM-200 need Recalibration again when test different metal base
It can measure the thickness of non-metal coatings on metal surface.
If you test the painting on metal iron, you should reset on metal iron firstly
If you test the painting on metal aluminum,you should reset on metal aluminum firstly
The metal thickness should over 0.5mm
